Larry B. Schnaper, P.E.
Larry is a third-generation builder from Baltimore, Maryland. After growing up watching his father, uncle, and grandfather develop a large part of Suburban Baltimore, he went to the University of Arizona and earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
After graduating, he began working for Hensel Phelps as a Field Engineer on the Baltimore Subway Project. Larry then went on to work with Tishman Construction as a Project Manager, responsible for all site development of Disney’s EPCOT Center, including the highway systems. After completing this project, Larry continued working with Tishman on the South Street Seaport project and Carnegie Hall Renovations in New York City.
Larry missed the sun of the Sunshine State and made the permanent move to Orlando. Since then, Larry has owned and operated LBS Construction Services and Skilo Engineering. He has engineered and constructed custom residential homes, commercial office spaces, and industrial warehouses, along with his specialization in pools and marine construction.
